Good morning

I want to tell you that I ordered an O2 sim card in December 2022 but I did not receive it at home, and in January I left the German territory due to personal reasons, I did not receive any card sim nor use + I did not sign any contract, but each month I am sent an invoice at home that you have to pay the invoice and this month I received a rate of 107 euro but how is that possible, I did not use the sim card and I did not sign any contract.

I contacted the person to whom I made the order and provided all the information but until now without any answer, without solution.

Please verify me this situation, I re-declare that I have not signed a contract +not received any sim card and not use.

You're probably looking at the situation completely wrong. If you order a mobile rate plan and the order is accepted, then a contract has already been concluded under German law. It is not relevant whether you have used the SIM. Can you find out if the SIM is still available at the given address?

If you no longer live in the country, however, you can have the contract terminated again, since o2 can no longer supply you here. To do this, you should submit documents such as deregistration here and registration at your new address.

You can use this form to terminate the contract:

https://www.o2online.de/assets/blobs/pdfs/contract-cancellation-moving-abroad/

You do not have to sign a contract if you place an order online.

Hello @Zendeser234 ,
i just want to ask, if you were able to cancel the contract with the help of the link sent by bs0 or if you need any further support?

best regards
Michael
