Contract termination due to high tariff


Dear O2,

I have two o2 postpaid numbers and I want to terminate both. I have already raised notices for both numbers. As a next step, I am supposed to call o2 at “040 - 51 900 66 42” but I am  sorry to say that I can not speak German language, so I need your help.

 

I would like to continue with o2 if lower tariffs are offered to me.

If you cannot call the number then you will need to send your termination in writing instead:

Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG
Kundenbetreuung

If your contract can be extended you can be sent an offer by email if you say what tarif you would like.

My present tariff on both numbers is O2 Free M.

In past two years I realized that my usage is less and I need O2 Free S boost 6GB.

I guess it would cost me 12,49 € per month per mobile number.

I do not need new phone, my phone is working fine. I just need new tariff.

Please be aware of the fact that you only have the possibility to get the 50%-combination-benefit on one contract, namely on your contract with the number -921 at the end. 

But of course, I have found also a good discount for your contract with the number -680 at the end.
