Hi there, 

I was using a sim card which was registered under the name of my husband till 30.11.2019. we got the contract terminated early this year and we received a confirmation mail from you stating that the contract end date is 30.11.2019. But I could see the sim card is still active and I don't expect another bill for the month of December. Could you please help me with this query?
