Hello Mr./ Mrs,

good evening , i hope everything will be fine for you , i have problem with my contract, ive ordered iphone 13 pro max afew days ago ,in my o2 it has been written the mobile phone which i ordered (it has been sent ) last night , but untill now i didnt get anything , can you tell me whats going on please ?

are we talking about the order from the 13th of December?

That order went through and was also already handed over to DHL.
