Contract optimization for long-term customer (since 2020)

I'm delighted that you want to extend your contract. 
A combination discount is only possible if there are at least two contracts under one customer number. 
One of the contracts then receives a combination discount. 
The second contract is the combination discount provider. 
This second contract may then receive a different discount. 
There is generally no longer a boost option with our new contracts. 
With unlimited contracts, the Connect option (up to 10 cards in addition to the main card) cannot be booked either.
You can only book up to two additional multi-cards for the tariff, which then cost an extra 10 EUR per card per month. 
Shall we take a look at what we can offer you for the o2 unlimited on demand tariff anyway?

​Regarding the combination discount: I have both my Mobile (M Boost) and my Home Internet contracts under the same customer number, so I believe the Kombivorteil should apply.

​Regarding the Multicards: I rely on my existing free cards. If the 'Unlimited on Demand' plan charges €10 per card, the total cost becomes too high.

​Before we decide, could you please send me two personalized offers via email so I can compare them?

​Unlimited on Demand with the Kombivorteil.

​O2 Mobile XL (300 GB+) with the Kombivorteil. (I understand this plan might still support the Connect Option for free Multicards—please check if this is possible).

​Please ensure the offers include the maximum possible loyalty discounts since I have been a customer since 2020.

You’re right that the combination discount (Kombi-Vorteil) can apply when both your Mobile and Home contracts run under the same customer number, and I have considered that.

Regarding your request, we can only send one active offer at a time. That’s why I would need to know which tariff you currently prefer so I can prepare and email the corresponding personalized offer to you.

Please let me know whether you would rather go with Unlimited on Demand or O2 Mobile XL (300 GB+). As soon as you decide, I’ll create the best possible offer for you, including all available loyalty discounts.

​@Omy_Khan, the combination discount (Kombi-Vorteil) is currently active on your fixed-line contract. Your mobile contract is the one granting the Kombi-Vorteil, which is why this discount cannot be applied to it as well. I have just sent you the best possible offer for the O2 Mobile XL including Connect via email. The offer is valid for 8 days and will automatically expire if not accepted.

​Thank you for the offer, but the price in the email is much higher than expected. It does not seem to include the 50% Kombi-Vorteil for long-term customers.

​My target price for the O2 Mobile XL (300 GB) with the Connect Option was approximately €19.99 - €22.49 total. The current offer is too costly.

​Could you please review the discounts and send a new offer that correctly applies the 50% discount and the  Option for my Multicards?
