Hello,

I cant find my contract number. I need it to register on my O2 Kindly help me.

Do I understand you correctly that you would like to register your device at “Mein o2” and you miss the “Vertragsnummer”?

Did you order only an o2 My Handy-contract at o2? Or do you also have an activated mobile phone-contract with o2? 

 

Just have a look here how to register at “Mein o2”: Managing your account online 

 

If it is only concerning an o2 My Handy-contract, you received the contract-number on your invoice where you find all the rates for your o2 My Handy-plan. You received this plan at the beginning of your contract by letter. 

 

If you cannot find the letter anymore, just come back here to our English Community. We will then send you a private message.

My contract is only “O2 my Home M über LTE/5G”, so I don’t have phone number with O2.

 I checked the letter, but there is no contract number. Could you send me my contract number?

Please have a look in your e-mail-inbox. You certainly have received a tariff-confirmation by e-mail for “o2 My Home M (LTE/5G)” where a mobile phone-number is mentioned. 

 

In order to register your mobile phone-number at “Mein o2” on our website, you only need a mobile phone-number. Please use this link: Registration at "Mein o2"

Afterwards, just choose the point: “Ich bin Mobilfunk-Kunde” and follow the instructions. 

 

In order to get the SMS with your o2 HomeSpot, just follow this video: How to get a SMS with the o2 HomeSpot? (Unfortunately only in German)

 

I hope you manage now to registrate at “Mein o2”.

Hello,

Actually I didn’t received tariff-confirmation by e-mail. I checked all of my e-mail box including spam mail box. 

I received e-mail which title is “Ihr bestelltes Startpaket wurde verschickt”.

I know that normally after apply for contract, I get a confirmation e-mail. But this time I didn’t.

Is that any system error or something?
