hello, one month ago i ordered Huawei Mate 20 pro with sim card (tariff free M). My order returned back because hause number was not given on address, then i contacted with O2 and solved the problem. My phone and sim card has arrived but I could not use the sim card, because it is deactivated, when I contacted to O2, they told me that sim card has already deactivated, they will send the new one. And they sent it also they started my contract. Now it is almost 20 days passed, but still did not receive my sim card. Could you please give me any suggestions. Thanks

That is in fact rather unusual, as sending a SIM card typically shouldn’t take that long.
I have sent you a direct message via our @o2_Support account regarding this matter in order for you to send us some details of your contract.
In doing so, you’ll help us tracking your contract and see how things are regarding your SIM card.
