Contract extension


Hi O2 team,

 

My mobile contract is ending on the beginning of June 2020, and I would like to get an offer for an extension. Can someone contact me about that here?

I can see that the new tariff is updated online, but I noticed that now I pay 4.99 EUR for a second SIM (multicard), which I didn’t pay before. I didn’t see anything about this charge when I approved the new contract. Can this be taken off, please?

Nice, that you can use already your new tariff.

 

Please be aware of the fact that your new tariff “o2 Free S” does not include the connect-option anymore. Therefore, your multicard is charged now with 4,99 € per month.

 

Do you use your multicard? If not, I can also deactivate your multicard for you.

 

If you would like to continue using your multicard, I can change your tariff also to o2 Free S Boost with 6 GB data volume. But this tariff will be 5,00 € more for you.

 

Please let me know your decision.
