My Mobile phone contract end on December 2024. So should I wrote to O2 about the ending of my contract if yes then where to write them.Or it automatically ends.

Yes, the phone has to be paid for in full and there is no need to terminate that contract as it automatically ends when the final instalment has been paid. Your mobile subscription (the SIM card) has to be terminated at least one month before the end of the minimum term.

The mobile phone contract has a monthly notice period. Just as bs0 has written. 
You can cancel it immediately via Kündigung
Then it expires in June 2024.
The hardware contract with the monthly installments runs until December 2024 and ends automatically.
