Contract cancellation because of moving abroad

Dear @o2_Tobias ,
I need your help with cancellation of my agreement under the same conditions as mentioned above, except that I did fill-in the attached by you form, and well sent it to:
Telefónica Germany GmbH&Co. OHG
Kundenbetreuung 90345
Nürnberg Fax: 01805 57 17 66

I have received recently a mail from O2, with request to provide confirmation from my new place of stay by post. I have sent the same via Fax to the same number mentioned above, because sending the same copies per post is simply a waste of time.
Could you please advise what is the current status of my request?

thanks for your request. Did you not get the e-mail on 3rd December?
We still need the following document: 

  • a notification of your new, foreign domicile (alternatively a confirmation of your employer or landlord)  

As soon as we have this document from you, we will cancel your contract as soon as possible. Until now, we did not receive such a document. If you send the document from abroad, please use this fax-number: +49 1805 57 17 66 (0,14 EUR/Minute aus dt. Festnetzen, aus dt. Mobilfunknetzen maximal 0,42 €/Min) Please try again to send this document by fax.

Have sent the requested documents, yesterday morning (9:00 Singapore time) to:
+49 1805 57 17 66. Have received a confirmation that fax has been successfully delivered.
Hope you can check and confirm that it was received, and termination is now in process?

thanks for your patience. Sorry that you had to wait so long.

But now I am there for you. As you realize, I have opened a new post for you. In this way it is easier to follow up.

We have received your cancellation letter together with your deregistration certificate. Thanks for that.

In order to cancel your contract to an earlier date, we still need from you the notification of your new, foreign domicile (alternatively a confirmation of your employer or landlord).

As soon as we receive this document, we will proceed with the early cancellation of your contract.

I have already sent the required docs last week, as mentioned above. Strange that you still do not have it.
Nevertheless, I have sent via email all the requested docs to my colleague in Nuremberg, who sent it via FAX to 49 1805 57 17 66, today...so that it reached you for sure this time.

I just checked everything. Until now, we did not yet receive any further documents via fax from you.

The last document we received was on 28th November 2018.

Can you check that again?

have recent 5 pages, an hour ago. Have received ‘successful delivery’ confirmation.
kindly ask you to double-check and confirm.

My agreement was canceled on 21.12.2018, but yesterday I received one more bill from O2.
Could you please explain what am I being charged for this time?

it is the final bill in which you are being charged for the last months of the contract up until December 20th.

Hi, is the number stil +49 1805 57 17 66? im trying to send it by fax but receive the msg that:

 

“Your fax sent to +49 180 5 571766 failed with the following details:

 

Status: Failed (Number blocked)

Online fax transmission to +49 180 5 571766 is either banned due to local regulations or this is a special service number and is therefore not supported by our telecom providers.”

 

Is there any other way to send it?
