contract cancellation

I'm tired of being scammed. Can anyone explain to me how I can stop O2 from charging me for a contract that was properly canceled in June? For the past two months, they've been changing the cancellation date in the app, always charging me for the following month. Unfortunately, I don't have written proof. The only proof I would have was what was written in the app, and I trusted it. However, they change it to the following month and then charge me again. This is abusive. I'm paying for what I canceled a long time ago.

I will be happy to look into your case. 
The contract was initially terminated in June. That is correct. 
Unfortunately, the correct contract holder details were not entered here.
We wrote to you about this by post and asked you to cancel again with the correct details.
You then got in touch in August and the cancellation should have taken place on 5 September 2025.
I cannot explain why this did not go through the system.
Please accept my apologies.
I have now entered it again for tomorrow. 
However, you have not incurred any costs, as the employee who entered the cancellation by telephone has already set up a basic fee exemption.
I will check tomorrow to see if everything has been processed correctly.

es tut mir leid, aber ich weiß nicht mehr, was ich glauben soll.
Ich danke Ihnen für Ihre Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfe, damit ich das beenden kann, und ich möchte an alles glauben, was Sie mir sagen. Aber in meinem Kundenkonto auf der O2-Website wurden von gestern auf heute Änderungen vorgenommen. Das Kündigungsdatum war ursprünglich der 5. September, jetzt steht dort ein Vertragsende zum 30. September.
Wie gesagt, ich weiß nicht, was ich glauben soll und welche weiteren Kosten noch auf mich zukommen könnten.
Könnte ich vielleicht etwas Konkretes, Schriftliches erhalten, an das ich gebunden bin und wodurch ich beruhigt sein kann?

That was explained to you above: The termination to 5th September did not work so ​@o2_Solveigprocessed it again taking effect tomorrow (30th). It was also explained that you have not been charged since 5th September. You can rely on this information here and if anything goes wrong or you do get charged you can always ask again here and someone will help you.

The contract is now deactivated.
As our invoices are issued retroactively, you will receive another bank statement in October.
However, there should be no further costs.🌸
