Hello. I want to cancel my contract I have 2 sim cards xxx600 and xxx649. Please as soon as possible cancel my contract. I was go on o2 shop Olching 82140. They very bad mis behave with me I want to cancel the contract because they lie to me they say 2 sims card Coast 30 euro with unlimited net and calls but I receive 90 euro bill. I see that you have already been able to order the terminations. Your contracts will be terminated as of September 29th 2024.
Store contracts cannot be revoked and besides, you would already be long past a 14-day revocation period by now. If you need clarification about your contract conditions, please contact your store.
For a combined benefit you need a contract that is fully paid and this can then act as a so-called donor contract for further contracts. The other partner contracts can then receive a combined benefit of up to 50%. This is given with you, one contract is fully paid and one receives a 50% combined benefit. both contracts cannot receive a combined benefit.
