As I was still a student, when first arrive to Germany in 2018 and I don’t know much German at that moment, even now I am not be fully understanding the contract in detail. There was an agent/reseller in Mannheim helped me to creating the contract and told me that I could simply cancel the contract just 1 month before the contract end. Which I had double confirm the same agent/reseller in person before I leave German in Dec 2019 with same question and got the same answer.
However, when I chat with LG Niko through messenger on 7 June 2020 as I wanted to cancel my contract, Niko told me that is the information given from the agent/reseller is incorrect. My contract was auto renewed and new contract end date is 19 Aug 2021, which I am not willing to. Actually, I am not aware of this and there is no any notification sent to me by email or sms. Can I ask a special arrangement to cancel my existing contract at 19 Aug 2020 in exceptional, to align back to my original contract end date?
