Confirmation Email after placing order


Hi,
I hope you guys are doing great and in good health.
I am just curious to know how much time O2 takes to send the confirmation email after the below email.

Ihre Bestellung ist am 04.03.2024 bei uns eingegangen. In Kürze erhalten Sie eine zweite E-Mail mit Informationen zum weiteren Vorgehen. Nachfolgend finden Sie eine Übersicht Ihrer Bestelldaten.

 

Any response would be highly appreciated.

Good morning @WaqarAhmad,
It usually doesn't take that long, but it depends on what exactly you ordered. If you ordered it with a device, your credit rating will be checked and this can take some time.

@RhobarDerIII I have one more question, how I can check my installement plan becayse on My O2 there is not option to see it.

The installment plan is only available once my Handy has been approved. The contract number must then be registered in order to view it online.

I have 2 different devices on installment, so how I can check them? can you please help me?

@WaqarAhmad If you run everything via one customer number, then you can see them in my O2 as soon as they have been confirmed.

Yes I have these device from last couple of months and I am paying monthly installment via sepa but these are not mobile devices.
I have apple watch and airpods

have you been able to register your myHandy contracts and check on the installment plans with the help of Bumer and RhobarDerIII or can we still support you in some form?

Thank you so much for reaching out, I might sound dumb here but honestly, I don’t know where to find the contract number to register. Is it on the contract letter when I purchased the SIM card?

Hello @WaqarAhmad ,

if you are registering a normal mobile contract then you’d use the phone number for the registration. Th contract number is specifically needed when you are registering a myHandy contract. You’d find the needed number on the bill that you should have received.

I hope you are doing great and in good health.
I received a message from o2 a couple of days back that my order WSHW****** was handed over to DHL but DHL didn’t contact me so basically I have no idea where my order is. Can you please help me out with this?

Any response and help would be highly appreciated.
