Conference call ends after 15 minutes

Which app do you use to access the service? Have you already checked the settings? Does it affect every conference call or does it only happen sporadically?

They are normal calls, I’m not using any app. Sometimes the call stays on but I cannot hear anybody in the conference and if I pause the call, and then unpause it goes and let’s me stay in the conference for a long time. Most of the time it just shuts down at 15 minutes.

Which device are you using for this? Do the conference calls only break off at a certain location or is it independent of this? Are the same people always on the call?

I’m using a Google Pixel 8 Pro, but i had the same problem with my old phone Huawei P40 Pro.

The location doesn’t matter, I’m driving all the time when we have the confferences. Almost every time are the same people, yes.

Is it always the same route? Is there possibly insufficient coverage on the road or highway section?
