Complaint about the professionalism of a telephone consultant

Today before noon I received a call from the number 017688840060, the woman who called me, after I asked if she spoke English, started to be very rude to me. She started attacking me because I said that my German was not good enough to conduct such conversations (she spoke English very well). Finally, she asked how many years I had been living in Germany and then hung up without informing me about the purpose of the conversation.

    This is a horrible experience that you describe when being called from a number which is indeed used by our colleagues, who call our customers to synchronize the data which is with us, like address or contact phone number.

    This is not the way in which we want to communicate to and behave towards our customers.
