I am Mihir Shah I ordered iphone 14 128GB Black colour from O2 store in Tirepark Berlin
I got a mail that my order has been delivered but I haven't received my phone and I was told that my monthly contract is for 60 Euros and I got invoice for 90Euro
My Order number is 74290519
Please help me or else I would have to raise a legal complain

You will need to speak to the shop where you signed the contract.
What you were told? What does your contract say?
You shouldn't post your order number in a public forum!

According to the information from DSL, the package was delivered to a neighbors of yours as you weren’t at home when the delivery came. Have you gotten your iPhone from the neighbor?

Yes of course I asked him if you want you can reach him because I have not received any packages from your end I even told the store before signing that please I will collect it from store because I don't stay at home much I have colleges then to he said no now please refund me and cancel my contract because this is becoming a harassment

you have already been sent the documents and the affidavit/statutory declaration on the 15th of March, that you need to fill out and send back to us. We have yet to receive these from you, we can’t help you any further, you need to either contact the neighbor that according to the DHL documents received your package or fill out and sign the documents and send these together with a copy of your identification papers back to us.
