Hello everyone

I was a o2 prepaid customer before and it has been 2 months I shifted from o2 to another network. I want to return back to o2 and make a new contract with tariff. Is it possible to return back and use the current number  that was ported to another network before from o2 i.e o2-new netowrk-o2?? Please respond as fast as possible.

Thank You.

Edit o2_Bianca: Moved from Austausch rund um die Community to English o2 Community mobile

@SharmaJi You can come back every time with a former o2 mobile number, if you come from the another provider firm. Even if you want to go from 1&1 to o2, for example, this works even though 1&1 uses the o2 network.  (1&1 has rented cell phone services from o2)

@SharmaJi This is no problem. You can order online a new prepaid card online. In this process you can take your old number to o2. Or you fill the paper to take the number later.

@Joe Do  @o2_Ines yeah i will do that but i read somewhere that once we leave the o2 then the same O2 number cannot be used again after getting away from them. As i am a post paid customer in my current provider will ordering a new o2 prepaid card help me in any way?

Hello @SharmaJi ,

as Joe Doe already stated, there is no issue with porting the number back over to us. If you do have any further questions concerning the process, then please let us know.

Kind regards, Sven
