Closing contract


Hello, I cancelled my contract in May 2018 by writing to o2 Germany and I had a phone call to confirm this. I left Germany in July 18. The home internet was cancelled but clearly not the mobiles as I keep getting sent bills which are worryingly getting bigger. I have written to you twice now to explain the situation both in English and translated German but still being asked for money! Please can you check this for me. My mobile number was 017xxxxxx6 and my husbands number was also connected to same account.

No I didn’t! I was told to write to O2 which I did and it was the end of my 2 year contract anyway. They never gave me this form. I will complete now and send! Thankyou!
