Chromebook is not delivered

Hello, I had bought a Google Pixel 9 Pro with Chromebook and received only the mobile. O2 shop colleagues asked me to wait for 14 days and still didn't receive it. O2 shop colleagues messed up with email ID during registration and now after corrections I see extra hardware is now not available. Kindly do the needful and let me know for further input.

Mobile was bought on 31 Dec 2024 and was delivered on 08 Jan 2025. I had tried registration before and after 14th day, unfortunately registration was failing with error no entry found. After consultation with O2 colleagues in shop, they updated my email ID again in some system.

Hi ​@o2_Ines ​@o2_Solveig  I was then able to receive code to initiate registration for Chromebook, but hardware is not available. How can that happen? A new Google pixel 9 pro must have mapped to a Chromebook part of this offer.

Please use the reference number in attach for further investigation.

Did you follow the tip from Solveig and contact the English Hotline?

I had contacted hotline, they are saying O2 cannot do anything, I have to talk to Google Pixel customer care.

Absolutely unprofessional from O2.
