My bank account had been deducted upto a total of 40 EUR, from the O2 network. It happened in 4 instalments, 10 euros twice on the 23rd and the 29th respectively. Unfortunately my baalnce does not reflect this. On the 22nd, I recharged 15 EUR and it did reflect, however I had checked today and it had immediately disappeared. I had been in Saudi Arabia since 23rd September however, so therefore it might have been roaming charges. Could you confirm if that’s the case?

In that case, of course, we have no chance of reimbursing the costs.
