charged for data pack that was deactivated immediately

I have deactivated my data pack immediately without using any data. Can you please refund my money back so that I can book new pack. I am unable to see O2 my prepaid S which is 9.99 euros (with unlimited phone calls) and 3.5 GB in my O2 .I want to use that package
