In September I went to the O2 shop to inform that my contract was ended, the men in the shop offer to me a new plan from the end of September (day 27). He told me, I can give you this new plan but you need to get a new chip and a new number, ok, I said yes, no problem with change my phone number. He explained that the new plan is unlimiteded for like 30 euro app. The only thing to be carefull is the day that I need to chenge my chip. We did the contract, everything looks normal.

On 27 Sep. I check my new chip, receive my new number the email with the activation. BUT surprice, I received other email with another number too! I think maybe is a mistake. Now my last invoice of the new plan is 114 euro! I mean, if I only use one number, then I check both cost and it’s no more than 50 euros!, What happens? I feel like if this men in the shop scammed me.

Need help with this, because I can´t pay that amount for it.

Hi Alexbs,

did you already check the details on the contract you signed and compared it with your bill?

Best regards,
Alex

Hi, yes I check the contract again with the bill, and is different, I dont understand what happens, because I have an extra number with another Plan in my account.

the problem is nobody want to help me in the O2 shop.

Dear @Alexbs ,

welcome here in our community. :hibiscus:

You have signed two new contracts in the store. One o2 Free S for young people, which costs only 9.99 Euro per month instead of 19.99 Euro because of the young people dis count and one o2 unlimited max kombi. This second contract gets a discount of 50%, but only because you have the first contract. If the first contract would be cancelled, the cost of the o2 unlimited max would increase to 49,99 Euro.
Starting next month both contracts together will cost you 24,99 + 9,99 = 34,98 Euro.
Since you have two new contracts, you also pay twice the one-time connection fees for new contracts.
If this is not as agreed upon, you will have to contact the store where you signed the contracts. There is no right of withdrawal for store contracts, because you signed the contract in the store by yourself.

Kind regards,

Andrea
