Change the name of my prepaid sim

Please note that I closed the German topic under Ändern Sie den Namen des SIM-Karteninhabers . Please make sure in the future not to open several topics for the same subject. 

Now to your request: If you like to change the owner of the prepaid-card, please fill out the following form: Change of owner Prepaid Please send the document to the address mentioned on the form. 

The new owner will then have to identify his person via post-or video-identification. You will be informed about this procedure in detail. Just wait until you receive another message.
