Change the name of my prepaid sim

Now to your request: If you like to change the owner of the prepaid-card, please fill out the following form: Change of owner Prepaid Please send the document to the address mentioned on the form. 

The new owner will then have to identify his person via post-or video-identification. You will be informed about this procedure in detail. Just wait until you receive another message.

     I’m currently using the sim under my friend’s name. I would like to change it to my name. Is this possible?
