So, your friend would like to change to the tariff “o2 Free Unlimited Smart”, right?
An extension for further 24 months is not yet possible. But I have the possibility to offer him a tariff-change to the tariff “o2 Free Unlimited Smart”. The basic fee is 39,99 € per month (no tariff-change fee).

Please confirm that you accept this tariff-change.
