Change Sepa debit mandate

Your website is so annoying, so complicated and unprofessional, i want to change my bank so i am changing my bank details, other services were so easy but o2, was causing me headache, kindly give me a more precise way to change my bank details. Thanks

Good evening @JoshuaOgbuma,

It’s very simple, you go to My O₂ then -> My data -> scroll down -> Bank details and there you can customize them. Please note that if the account and the owner change, the change must be made in writing. Because the signature of the account holder is required, and you send this by post or by FAX.

Well it is not helpful if you are trying to find this in the forum! You need to log in to the customer portal meino2 or use the app.

Ich habe folgende Frage.
Ich zahle per SEPA-Lastschrift. Ich habe ein Revolut-Konto, vorher hatte ich ein LT-IBAN-Konto eingerichtet, jetzt habe ich aber auch ein deutsches IBAN-Konto erhalten.
Ist es sinnvoll die Änderung per Formular per Post einzureichen oder kann die bestehende LT IBAN bestehen bleiben?
Vielen Dank im Voraus für Ihre Antwort. 😊

Wenn es bisher keine Probleme gab und du weiterhin die LT IBAN benutzt, kannst du alles belassen. Ein Wechsel ist ebenfalls möglich über das Formular.

schön, dass du dich mit deiner Frage wieder bei uns in der Community meldest. Wie Bumer bereits schrieb, kannst du alles so belassen wie es aktuell eingerichtet ist oder wenn es dir lieber ist auch eine Änderung über das Formular einreichen.

First of all, sorry for English - I am a bit too tired to try and formulate it in German.

I second regarding the app and the website - it is a nonsense and the former version as way better and simpler.

now regarding the sepa, i set up my sepa, because i needed to bring in money to renew my prepaid. it did it wonderfully. then out of nowhere it decided to withdraw again money - not the amount needed for the prepaid account, nor on time needed for the account. and now i have suddenly a frozen account and a 10 euros debt, even though i paid for the prepaid until 28.05. I want to delete the sepa, but that is also impossible, nor to cancel  it. i had to block the bank transfer, but then o2 deactivate my card. how can you do that for a paid service?!

i am asking you to reactivate my account, delete the debt and reinstall the money that were in my account and give me the control over when the bank transfer will be done.

but now i have another problem: i cannot find sepa payment set up in my app.
