Dear people,

I have an issue with my o2 payment method. I have purchased an iphone from o2 1.5 years ago and they are deducting money from my old bank account. I’m not using that account and i tried to change the payment method many times but its not happening. Everything they try to deduct money and its failed then they send me letter. Even though I’m paying those regularly, my Schufa wents down. Someone please help me to change my payment method.

Have you already called the english speaking hotline to change your bank details? 

Or did you try it directly via your My o2 section on the website or the My o2 app? You can register with your contract number and then manage your contract in the My o2 area.

Hello everybody

I have a problem a few months ago I bought a Data card (SIM card) from O2 but it's just working for internet I was thinking it's like a normal SIM card but right now I am tired from this because I can't call and SMS with this SIM card and I need unlimited internet package but it's limited, I called many times to o2 customer service but they there is no solution. I don't know what should I do? To change this sim card and packages.

 I have a data card (SIM card) from O2, but it only works for internet 


This is normal for a data card. It can only be used for the internet. 
You currently have 60 GB per month at your disposal.
You can send text messages for a fee but not make calls with this card.🌸
