change of installments date

Hello, 

I hope you all are doing well,

I bought a phone with contract and i pay the monthly installments on 23rd of every month. 

My question is, is there any way to change this date to another date? I would like to pay at the start of the month.

Hello @Sabawoon ,

that is exactly what Andrea tried to explain. The date for the installments for your phone can not be changed, the payment date for the contract can be changed for a one-time fee.

Dear @Sabawoon ,

the payments für a My Handy plan can not be changed, the ones for a mobile contract can be changed, but it will cost an amount of 29,99 Euro. Does this information helps?

I do not want to change the payment, i just want to change the date. Right now I'm paying on 23rd of every month but i want to pay at the beginning of the month for example 1st or 2nd of the month.
