i have received an email from O2 which states that my Rabatt will be lift off and i will pay 44.99 Euro instead of my 22.5 Euro i won't know why they are doing this and i don't really understand the only reason i subscribed for this contract is for paying 22.5 Euro Per Month the Rabatt was offered to me to renew my contract not as A Kompi Vorteil so it does not make any Sense removing the Rabatt  i am  Student at the University  and under 28 year so if there is any thing i can do regarding this or even changing to a lower Tarif as 45 Euro is so exaggerated

what kind of tariff did you take out and what discounts should you get?
When you say it's a combined discount, do you have two contracts? A combination discount can only be activated on a second tariff if there is a first contract that is eligible for a combination discount.
A young people discount or tariff is concluded directly when the contract is concluded. However, it is not possible to combine a young people's discount and a combination benefit on one contract. It would only be possible to activate the young people's discount for the first contract and the second tariff could then receive the combination discount if eligible.

Did you conclude the contract online or in the shop?

i had two Contracts one of them that i have canceled and terminated before the renewal of the Mobile phone Contract . my mobile contract was about to end so i received offers to renew my 2 years contract  of mobile and it was not called Kombi Vorteil or anything all it was because of my renewal , after the completion of my cancelation of my O2 Home spot  contract the price of the Angebot was lifted and returned to it's original price.
so if possible could you please return the Rabat again as it was for me as renewal sale not as a kombi Vorteil or i want to change my Tarif to a lower Tarif my current Tarif is O2 Free L boost Online 120G.B
so if there is no way to return my Sale back again please let me know the lower Tarif prices to choose from and change my current Tarif

I have just had a look at everything and have gone through it all scrutinisingly. Unfortunately, I have to inform you that I cannot simply activate the combination discount for you again. The procedure was as follows:
Since 20.11.2021 you have had your Homespot tariff with the number -138 at the end. Your contract extension of your current phone number took place on 04.12.2021, with your phone number -795 at the end. Your contract renewal offer was a contract with a combination discount, as you were using an exit tariff entitled to a combination advantage at that time. You therefore received this combination tariff or discount for your contract extension. The confirmation emails you received on 04.12.2021 contain the following information:

Which means translated: “22.50 EUR discount on the basic fee Benefit only applies if and as long as the customer has an additional, eligible o2 contract that is managed under the same billing account.”

However, as the original initial contract is no longer in place, the combination discount has been automatically deactivated. Unfortunately, a revocation is no longer possible, as the revocation period has already passed.

We can check the possibilities for you. Which tariff would you like to change to? For example, you could switch to o2 Free M free of charge. However, you would then pay the normal monthly basic fee of 29.99 EUR. The young people discount can only be activated directly when you renew your contract or sign a new contract and can therefore not be activated in this case.

i though it would be Lower thank 30 EUR so we can just leave it as it is  so don't change the Tarif”  but i was wondering soon i am gonna move in to a new Apartment and the Apartment owner will change the owner of it's O2 DSL line to me at that time will i  be able to take my Kombi Vorteil again !

the combined benefit is always only for the newer contract. In your case, this is the DSL contract. 

Unfortunately, a contract transfer is currently not possible. When it will be possible again, we can not yet say. 
You may have to sign a new DSL contract for your apartment, but we'll see when the time comes.
