The o2 My Prepaid Data XL was deactivated via the online portal on 23.08.2019 and the o2 My Prepaid S was booked for it.
In goodwill i have reinstalled your previous data pack XL

Thank you so much! This means that from now on, everytime I recharge, I can do it with the XL pack? Do I have to do something else to ensure I have this pack and not the smallest one?

you must cancel the Data Pack XL before the 27.09.19. Otherwise the Pack will be renewed tor the next month.

Afterwards you have to charge 9,99 EUR for payment.
The package has a period of 28 days (!) not a full month
So watch our if you think about creating a banker’s order or a direct debiting to put in the right period.

As of now I am having a plan (27.50€ with 120gb)activated with a contract of 2yr since 1st feb, 2023.
Can I get my plan changed and upgarde the plan within same contract?

You can change or upgrade your tariff any time, within the same contract.
Have you seen a tariff you are interested in? Which one is it?
