Dear O2 Customer Service Team,

 

I am one of your customers and have been receiving repeated messages asking me to verify my email address and complete the confirmation process. However, I have not been able to find the required email to complete this step.

 

Therefore, I would like to request that you resend the email confirmation to my registered email

Have you registered your phone number for a customer account

There you can change your contact e-Mail and then verify it anew 🙂
