Hello there..im trying to call you from morning but machine speaks just deutch..

I got email that i have bill to pay on 4 may..but i think there is something wrong in it..i want to see my invoice..and i never can do this on my o2..because every time i try its weite for me due a technical problem we cant load your data!!!!!

Guys i need to check up my invoice 😠😠

I can log in..but i cant access to my invoices...since i had the app and also in browser..every time i tried to see my invoices its says due a technical problem we cant load your data..

It was okay with me..but this time i cant underatand why i have to pay this much of money so i need to see the invoice


Don`t use your email address for login.

Use your phone number to login in Mein o2.

have you managed to get the information about your bill or should we switch to personal messages to exchange data?

You account is not linked to a contract, which is why we´d need to take this extra step.
