Cannot log into o2 app (German app)

I have used prepaid sim card, It was working well before this has occurs; it keep says there is technical error please try to log in later.

 

Should I just need to wait this or there a resolution for this; I need to top-up …. but i cannot log in….

Did the top-up work for you now?

In general: our services are frequently maintained or errors are corrected e.g. So sometimes it might not be possible to log in!

Can you normally log in your app again?
