Cannot change owner of contract as there are outstanding invoices


Cannot change owner of contract as there are outstanding invoices, however the payment was pulled via SEPA from my account, MyO2 shows invoice as paid on 13/02 and next invoice due … 13/02 , this has been verified with customer support who redirected me to financial, financial said they will call back as they don’t speak english … no one called. Please help me clear the payment in my account , your customer support can verify it is true.

I get the following message since before paying this invoice which actually shows as paid in the account, this is not a mistake, i am sure it was paid as money was pulled from the account, this was not my first invoice and i have been paying via sepa for more than one month, customer support verified I actually have no outstanding bills:

Bitte prüfen Sie, ob offene Rückstände bestehen und begleichen Sie diese umgehend. Eine Übersicht Ihrer Rechnungspositionen finden Sie hier.

Welcome to our o2 community.

Our message to you and the payment have overlapped.  Now nothing should stand in the way of a contract owner change, so please start the process again, I'm sure this time everything will work then.
