Hi everyone,
I ordered a new eSIM on my phone device, and by mistake I deleted it from the phone.
I’m not able to activate a new eSIM due to the fact that I have now the eSIM in “Pending status” (in app says “In Aktivierung”)
Cannot activate the eSIM since I don’t have in the mobile phone anymore and I’m stuck in the loop.
When I’m trying to scan the existing eSIM profile, the phone says:
“Profile already downloaded”
Subject Code: 8.2
Reason Code: 1.2
Perhaps the profile needs to be deleted somehow, or something else...
Can someone help me there?
