cancelling my plan

Hallo,

How do i know if my plan is already cancelled? Coz i didnt receive my parcel and they said it was return back to O2.

Yes, you can also place a new order right now.
Please make sure that your name is on the ring plate so that the phone is not returned to us.

    I already received an email about the cancellation. Will just wait for the refund of my downpayment before.

    The the refund timeframe depends on various factors.
    Generally, it should not take more than 2-3 weeks.

    HallO Dominic,

    Can i make another vertrag even if i didnt not yet received my refund? Last time, the cellphone i ordered was returned back because im not at home and my name on the doorbal was not written.
