Cancellation of postpaid sim

Hello,

I took an postpaid sim contact of 24 months of o2 ( the offer was maybe 60 gb for 20 euros). I could like to cancel the contract. What can I do about it?

Do you want to cancel your contract with the end of the 24 months or did you take the contract recently and want to cancel it?

In the first case you can do this via the form for which Bumer gave the link. Anbd choose the one with my red arrow and enter your phone number as below in the screenshot:

In case of the latter, you can revoke within 14 days after receiving the revocation policy by e-mail and only if you made your contract online, via our hotline or our live chat. Then you can revoke with an e-mail to our address widerruf@cc.o2online.de

Hello,

I took the contact on a month ago. However, within the 14 days period, I went to the (from where I got the sim from) to cancel the contact and they said they have sent the ticket under my name to 02. Each and every time I go to the shop they say the central hub has not replied them back.

I want to cancel the contract now and not continue for the next 24 months.

@Globe52 Contracts made and signed in a shop cannot be cancelled within the 14 day period, as this is a law especially for contracts which are not made face to face.

There is the possibility to request a cancellation due to special circumstances, where our team assisting the shops then can check whether a cancellation is possible.

Hello,

How long does it take? I went to the shop to talk but they are saying that the main office is not responding.

I could take a look regarding the process, our special department denied the request made by the shop to have your contract cancelled.

The reasoning given is that there is no right of withdrawal for contracts made in the store and that the contract documents were signed by you.

Dear Ms. Kathi, 

Good morning! 

However I don't understand why you are using the word 'shame' here? Is there anything to be shameful about because someone wants to cancel there sim plan? I don't know whether you are using a translator or not, but I would suggest you to be be careful with you wording. 

Regarding the issue, it has been solved with the store.

@Globe52 Sorry, it wasn't meant to sound like that. Of course you don't have to be ashamed and it shouldn't sound like that. I often use a translator 😀
