Cancellation letter


Hello

I have send signed cancellation letter by fax today.  I have not received any correspondence in this regard.

Please let me know by email if you have received it and what will be the next steps to follow to terminate the contract.

I am also in the same situation. I have sent another fax today and have received a cofirmation email of this.

" Dear Shail,


The 4 page fax you sent through eFax to 491805880088 was successfully transmitted at 2018-07-16 10:05:36 (GMT).

The length of transmission was 102 seconds.

The receiving machine's fax ID: ALICE

Is the o2 fax machine "ALICE" ?

Not received any confirmation from O2 yet, I have send my fax with printing machine which doesn't give any receipt in but it was successful. But at least O2 should reply It seems that many have the same issue @o2_Jessica‌ . 

Yes same. I am leaving Germany on the 26th of July and I do not want to continually be billed like I have seen other customers have from other threads.

yes, we received your cancellation letter, but there is still some information missing in order to process it. We need the confirmation of deregistration in Germany, or the official conformation of registration of your new home country or alternatively a letter of conformation of your new landlord. All the required information is also listed in this form https://static2.o9.de/blob/12985648/v=8/Binary/kuendigung-umzug-ins-ausland-download.pdf .

Please provide the required information as soon as possible.

Is certificate of residency in different country good to support request of termination?

Hi,

I canceled my contract with o2 at the end of January, due to my moving to another country, but after 3 months I am still paying invoices. How is it possible? In the site is stated that my service has been canceled, so why I AM STILL PAYING??
