Hi, yesterday I called the customer service to cancel my contract because I found a better offer on O2 but I just received a bill on my Email. And I just bought the SIM card on the last Saturday 14th of october. So can you please fix the issue? Thanks in advance.

You can't cancel a contract within 14 days when you've made it directly in a shop.
