Hi O2 team,

I'd like to take my O2 prepaid number to another provider for my new contract. Could you please release my number XXXXX for porting immediately?

I tried to call the hotline but it wasn't successful.

sorry for the late answer. I’ve seen, that the cancellation of your contract is done. Since you have already informed your new provider, there is nothing else you need to do.
