Cancel postpaid contract before 14 days, registered in person.

The first step should be to go to the shop, because there is no right to close a contract within 14 days if this contract wasn´t signed online.
If the shopkeeper agreed he or she will do the further services for you.

 The email about the contract says I will be charged 30 euros for the sim and 5 euros add on for the TV but when i was ordering phone and contract, the shopkeeper said it will be 20 euros for the sim and 27 euros for the phone. Seeing the email stating 30 euros, I went to the shop again, told him about the different price in the email and his words were, “I say you pay 20 euros, you will be charged 20 euros. Do not worry about this.”. I am not sure what is right and who should I trust.

Ultimately, what counts is what you received and signed as contract documents in the shop. You are welcome to upload a photo of it here so that we can take a look at it together. But please note: if personal data such as your phone number, name, etc. are visible, make them unrecognisable beforehand. This is a public forum and everyone can see the data you post here.

In general, however, the normal price is always shown first, followed by the discounts in overviews, which are deducted accordingly from the original price. Are discounts visible to you?

I have attached the screenshot above. I have gone twice and he says not to worry you will be charged 20 euros just like he had said. I have been billed connection price for now and it’s been a month. I don’t know much much will be charged. I just wanted a contract of 20 euros with 20 gbs that i showed him on the o2 website too. 

I dont know how much i will charged this month.

I checked your contract and you’ll end up with a monthly base payment of 19,98€ between the contract, your o2 TV package and the discount that your contract has. And if anything is with the bill or you have further questions, please contact us.

I don't see a reason why o2 TV package is included as I did not mention or want it. By this means, i will have total of 25 euros each month? 

No, as I have stated in my previous post you are paying 19,98€ monthly after the discount is subtracted.
