Myself Mohammed bought a phone through o2 and when the package arrive the phone went missed and everything was sorted out and it was said my contract will be cancelled on 10 dec and i will get the payment back. Now it is showing that i should pay 1000 euro in advance to cancel my contract. I dont know what i should do and i am currently not in germany right now cause my grandfather died on this recent week. I am a student and the packet u send inside it there was no phone. I am currently facing a crisis too. I would love to have your attention and sympathy in this case and look through it and let me know what i should do to get my paid money and to cancel this turnover. I am already having mental breakdown right now and i dont want these issues to run back to me again. I booked for a google pixel 9pro. I tried to contact you on 24th of dec but i couldnt reach you. I travelled to india on 27th of dec and i am still in india i would only come back to germany after 20th of feb

Hey, i am sorry that this message didnt come to my attention and when i called them it was said that money will be debited back to my account. And right now they took 1000 euro from my account. Even though i didnt get the phone didnt use them. They took more of a 1,280 euro from me and this makes me to break into peices. I would like to get answers and get my money back. Please am begging you.

did you receive the affidavit form last November/December? To proceed the colleagues from our special department do need the affidavit filled out by you and sent back to us.

My answer for that question is No, i haven’t got anything like that when i talked about it to one of your colleagues it was said “Its alright and the contract is cancelled now” i got nothing like an affidavit from ur side through post. Man, this is so tiring. I am sorry but i have been running behind this issue for more than one and half month now.i am adding the photo of the mail i send to ur online service center about this issue.

Hello ​@Mohammed Haani, I have informed my colleagues to send a new affidavit to your new address. Please update your address in your mein o2 customer account, as the colleagues only had an old address where they could sent the letter last year.

I got the affidavit through gmail and i couldn’t change my adress in the app idk. And rn i am in india and it was saod i wont be able to get damage report form.

Hello ​@Mohammed Haani,

yes, the damage report form with DHL can only be issued successfully within the first week or maximal 2 weeks of a transport damage or of the ordered article missing, so as of now the colleagues from our special department need the affidavit filled out and signed by you to proceed.

Could you already send back the affidavit for them?

The colleagues from our special department have sent it via letter, as we have to sent documents which have to be signed via mail not e-mail.
