Are you referring to a mobile phone contract with a fixed term? Please register your mobile number in the customer portal so you can log in and view your bills.

So, the issue is that you had a chargeback and we weren't able to successfully process the payment?

Yes, payment wasnt charged from my bank account and I recived some SMS about some cancellation but I dont want to cancel my contract
