Good morning,

I am trying to update my bank account details in my profile but I always have an error message 😕. Is there another way for me to update this information?

Sorry, that you obviously have some difficulties with your bank details. 

 

Do I understand you correctly that you like to change your bank account? In this case, please use this form: SEPA form Just send it to the address or fax-number mentioned on the form. 

 

I hope that this form already helps you.

Where can i add bank card details for monthly payments?

I just received a SIM card, but O2 app is not available for me.
