Normally I could see them on meino2 page but now whenever I click that page I get redirected to hilfe.o2online.de and nothing happens. I can’t access my phone, please help.

My number won’t get recognised. I’ve tried with 0, 01, 0049 in front still won’t work.

Yeah, I 100% did.


Hi @nba121, I was happy to check it and it is still possible to see the PIN and PUk. Please update the app once and if that doesn't help, delete it completely and reload it.
