Can't registrate account in Mein O2


Maybe someone can help, i can't do this around 2 month, in o2 community no problem with registration 😢

I tried many times, everytime when im insert number, puk and Email, site didnt give me to create password, it just move me to login page

I see you’ve already received great support from Bumer, but it’s a shame the tips still aren’t working for you. Have you already tried using a different browser and clearing your cache and cookies?

Even though there’s an alternative way to switch tariffs, i still think it’s important for you to get access to Mein o2 🙂 Through Mein o2 you can book and cancel tariffs and options, top up and check your balance, see how much data you have left, and much more.

Our prepaid service can be reached at the following number ​@Drake90:

0176 8885 5282 (Mo. - Fr. 7am - 8pm , Sa. 10am - 6pm)

Our prepaid service does not have a seperate English hotline, so it might be best to call together with someone who could translate for you.

Bumer also posted a picture of the number of our English speaking hotline a few answers above, however they might not have access to your prepaid account.
