Can't log into O2 account

I can't log into my O2 account in the website or in the mobile app for months now. I also can't send any SMS, although I can receive them.

Hello I have the same problem.

 

Website says : 

Entschuldigung

Aufgrund technischer Probleme können Ihre Daten in Mein O2 derzeit nicht geladen werden. Bitte probieren Sie es später noch einmal oder versuchen es alternativ in der Mein O2 App.

 

O2 App says:

Die Daten konnten nicht geladen werden.
