Can't find four-digit personal customer code

Generally the four digit customer code is something that you yourself choose when you order a contract. What kind of contract do you have with us and where did you order it?

I have L Boost and I ordered it online.

if you ordered it straight from us, then you should have chosen the customer code yourself during the order process. Do you need it to register your contract for mein o2? Else if you did register it beforehand and just forgot the code number, than you can find it there as well.

when you are within your mein o2, go to “Meine Daten” then “Einstellungen” and “Profileinstellungen”. There you will find the point “Persönliche Kundenkennzahl” you can then click on “Einsehen” to see your customer code.
