Can't access my o2 accound

I have just set up my sim card and am trying to pay for my bill. Whenever I press my o2 it takes me to the help section and I can not access the myo2 to see my plan or pay it.

Hello @claram ,

have you registered your contract with my o2 already? You’ll need to do this to access the bills.
