Can't access contract extension on Mein O2

I’ve been trying to access the contract extension section on Mein O2 app and web with no luck. Why is this happening?

Hi @juankebork,

 

as far as there is an open amount in one of your customer accounts there are no online offer available. If your account is balanced then please check the period of the contract. An exention is possible seven month in advance. DSL contracts can’t be prolonged online therefore you will have to ask the customer service for assistance.
